Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of working in a fast-paced busy call center environment with over 200 staff members, accessing computer databases, manual files, records, and other system programs, to provide information and other accurate responses.

Requirements

  • 4-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State’s Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization
  • typing skills requirement, minimum speed of 35 words per minute after errors are deducted
