Role OverviewThe Section Supervisor in the Cybersecurity department will assist in leading daily duties to include assessing and implementing programs to increase cybersecurity within the company. The role involves supervising work efforts, setting employee schedules, and evaluating performance. The ideal candidate will have an active Secret clearance and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
What You Will Do
The incumbent performs supervisory/management tasks, including supervising work efforts, setting employee schedules, and evaluating performance. They will also contribute to operations/expense budgets, provide point of contact with company technical employees, and perform other related supervisory tasks.

Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Familiarity with NAWCWD/NAVAIR China Lake Ranges Department's organizational policies, procedures, and overall operations workflow
- At least 1 year of experience working within the J-Tech II Annex 4 Cybersecurity department
- Graduation from a two to four-year technical institute or college, or possess equivalent formal technical training or military equivalent
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to interface with subordinates
