Job Description
Horseshoe Casino Hammond is seeking a full-time Security Ambassador to maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, and organizational assets within the casino. The role involves monitoring guest access, responding to incidents, and controlling movements of funds. Experience with surveillance is preferred.

Requirements

  • Staff various posts as assigned.
  • Coordinate with Surveillance on monitoring critical areas.
  • Maintain presence and take action to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and organizational assets.
  • Monitor and control guest access to and from the vessels or non-public areas.
  • Complete all paperwork on incidents and actions taken.
  • Help to arrest and/or physically restrain a resistant individual.
