Role OverviewThe Security Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and company assets while providing excellent customer service. The focus is on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service.
What You Will Do
Greet guests, check ID cards, explain rules and regulations, interact with the public, assist with customer disputes, and respond to medical or fire emergencies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, ability to work in an interruptive environment, and be able to perform duties under frequent time pressure.
Requirements
- Ability to work Grave Shift 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) to two (2) years' experience in security with a focus on guest service
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity
