Role OverviewThe Security Analysis Specialist Advisor is responsible for monitoring, detecting, investigating, and responding to insider threat activities that may impact the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of organizational assets. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, identifying anomalous activities, conducting investigations, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to mitigate risks associated with malicious, negligent, or compromised insiders.
What You Will Do
Monitor user behavior across enterprise systems, applications, endpoints, and cloud environments to identify suspicious or anomalous activities. Analyze User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) alerts and other security monitoring outputs. Detect potential insider threats involving data exfiltration, unauthorized access, privilege misuse, policy violations, or unusual user behavior.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, Insider Threat, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Cybersecurity Monitoring, or related security functions
- Experience conducting security investigations and analyzing security events
- Experience working with SIEM, UEBA, EDR, DLP, or related security technologies
- Experience analyzing user activity logs and behavioral analytics
