Role OverviewThe Security Analyst provides high-level technical expertise and analytical support for Department of Defense (DoD) security programs and program protection operations. The specialist independently manages multi-disciplinary security tracks across physical, personnel, industrial, and operations security domains.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include processing workforce compliance pipelines, navigating specialized defense tracking networks, and delivering data-driven metrics to senior leadership. The specialist will also maintain and oversee the Security Office Actions Tracker, compile and present daily and monthly security metrics, and author and apply analytical research methods to develop comprehensive program protection documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing multi-disciplinary DoD security programs, program protection, or military intelligence environments
- Full operational proficiency within DISS, PSIP, and APACS
- Hands-on experience Routing DD2875 packets through digital channels, ICAM, and AESIP systems
- Foundational knowledge of DoD Directive 5200.01 (DoD Information Security Program), NISPOM, Derivative Classification parameters, and OPSEC metrics
- Proven ability to respond to ad-hoc security inquiries in a high-tempo environment, provide clear policy guidance, and manage cross-functional taskers
