Role OverviewProvides security services to the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, its hospitals and outpatient clinics by enforcing rules and regulations, promoting a safe healthcare environment, and serving as backup in the absence of the shift supervisor.
What You Will Do
Performs post assignments, de-escalates agitated patients, prevents potentially risky and/or violent situations, and oversees the operations of assigned shift.

Requirements
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Minimum of three (3) years of security, public safety or law enforcement work experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Training or certification in conflict resolution, de-escalation and/or violence prevention
