Job Description
As a Security Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of associates, customers, and assets at the facility. You will be the face of Carvana, leading with effective communication and promoting an incident-ready focus. You will also partner with the Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to remedy requests and promote a service-first approach.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience within a customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of strong decision-making in a complex environment
  • Ability to relate well with others and establish strong working relationships
  • Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
  • Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
  • Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling
  • Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Requires use of safety equipment
