Role OverviewOur Security Officers support Harvard Protection in our goal of providing best in class security and life safety services. Our Officers are responsible for providing professional customer-focused security and life safety services for the people and the property they protect. As a Security Concierge, you will maintain a professional demeanor, aid customers, employees, visitors, and guests, and monitor the environment for suspicious and unsafe activity.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic, greeting customers, visitors, staff, tenants, guests in a professional manner, answering phones, permitting authorized persons to enter property, and performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to write routine correspondence. Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is helpful.
