Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor is responsible for branch operations during non-business hours, inspection of officers in the field, training and operational support of the branch. Leadership skills to provide direction to the Field Officers and assist with areas of responsibility as needed.
What You Will Do
Provide Field Support for all patrols of the sites and inspections of assigned personnel, manage and motivate the performance of all assigned staff and officers, and assist with the development of the Field Support Competency Tasks and training plans.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid security license as required in the state for which you are applying
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive security experience
- Ability to be trained and certified in an Armed capacity
