Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, personnel, customers, and all visitors. The Security Guard will maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property.
What You Will Do
Perform routine interior and exterior patrols, monitor and control access to facilities, respond to security incidents, and provide a visible security presence.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to demonstrate sound judgment and situational awareness, and basic computer skills for incident reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) Unarmed Guard License
- Current and valid U.S. motor vehicle license
- De-escalation training completion within 90 days of hire
- BLS within 90 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only)
