Role OverviewThe Security Guard Lead will be responsible for monitoring plant activity, performing hourly rounds, and implementing company policies. The role will work 2nd or 3rd shift, with some 1st shift as needed. The Security Guard Lead will also cover for the Security Supervisor in their absence and fill in the Security Department as needed.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include monitoring plant activity, performing hourly rounds, answering the switchboard after hours, billing loads, and inspecting trailers for cleanliness and operability. The Security Guard Lead will also receive shipments of supplies and raw materials and fill in the Security Department as needed.
