Role OverviewAs a Security Guard, you will support Harvard Protection in providing best-in-class security and life safety services. You will maintain a professional demeanor, aid customers, and monitor the environment for suspicious and unsafe activity.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining a visible presence, monitoring traffic, greeting customers, and enforcing facility policies. You will also perform required patrols, observe departing personnel, and follow emergency action planning and procedures.

We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to write routine correspondence. Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is helpful.
Requirements
- State or municipality mandated security officer licenses
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
- Security guard license or ability to obtain one within an acceptable period
- Reliable means of communication and transportation
