Role OverviewAs a Security Guard, you will provide professional customer-focused security and life safety services for the people and property you protect. You will maintain a professional demeanor, monitor the environment, and detect suspicious and unsafe activity. You will also perform required patrols, observe departing personnel, and follow established emergency action planning and procedures.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining a visible presence in the facility, monitoring the environment, and detecting suspicious and unsafe activity. You will also be responsible for greeting customers, visitors, staff, and tenants in a professional manner, answering phones, and permitting authorized persons to enter the property.

Requirements
- State or municipality mandated security officer licenses
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
- Security guard license or ability to obtain one within an acceptable period
