The Security Guard will enforce quiet hours, call proper authorities, make regular tours of property, ensure property conditions, and document everything in writing and pictures as necessary.

Requirements
- Enforce quiet hours
- Call proper authorities if guest is non-compliant with rules and regulations
- Make regular tours of property, including parking lot, hallways, lobby and stairwells
- Ensure property conditions
- Ensure lightings in all common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobby and parking lots) are properly lit
- Document everything in writing and pictures as necessary
- Perform all other duties as assigned
