Role OverviewAs a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor, aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests, and monitoring the environment for suspicious and unsafe activity. You will be responsible for becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic, knowing the customers, tenants, visitors, and guests, and greeting them in a professional manner. You will also be responsible for performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, observing departing personnel to protect against the theft of company property, and following established emergency action planning and procedures.
What You Will Do
The essential duties and responsibilities of this role may differ by customer location assigned. You will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence in the facility/building assigned, monitoring the environment, and detecting suspicious and unsafe activity. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, as directed.

Requirements
- State or municipality mandated security officer licenses
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
- Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period
- Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
