Job Description
The Security Life Safety/Video Systems Technician (SLS) will provide support to personnel on project sites, be up to date on security and life safety systems, and troubleshoot installation issues during startup, commissioning, and servicing of building special systems.

Requirements

  • Provide accurate controls of special systems start-up and commissioning including point-to-point checkout on projects as assigned.
  • Support installation personnel on project sites.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues during both the startup, commissioning, and servicing of building special systems.
  • Complete time sheets, service work orders, and other paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing of as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
