Role OverviewThe Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned security operations, ensuring effective deployment of personnel, consistent enforcement of policies and procedures, and alignment with institutional safety objectives across clinical, academic, and research environments.
What You Will Do
Provides day-to-day management of assigned security operations, oversees security shifts, posts, or functional areas, ensures compliance with UT Southwestern policies, and reviews security incidents and trends.

Requires 5 years of law enforcement and/or security supervisory experience, a Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, security management or criminal science, and valid Texas State Driver License Upon Hire.
