Job Description
The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, logging and dispatching lost and found, receiving and handling mail and packages, and maintaining customer service.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Previous security experience preferred
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Level 2 Security Guard Card Preferred
  • Previous experience with using building life safety systems (fire control panel, elevator operations, hotel intercom system) is preferred
