Requirements

  • Monitor hotel premises via patrols and surveillance systems
  • Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
  • Assist with crowd control, lost and found, and access control
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and daily activities
  • Provide excellent service and support to guests and colleagues
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services
  • Assist with fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid
