Security Officer Armed - Ryman

Responsible for being the armed division of Opry Entertainment Group security, guarding and monitoring facilities to prevent theft, violence, or other loss.

What You Will Do

Monitor guests for suspicious activity, assist with traffic and sign-ins, and work with security on disturbances in the facility. Assist with artist relations and safety, and report incidents to management.

Must have a background in law enforcement, excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to complete security classroom and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Background in law enforcement with entertainment/hospitality venue and crowd control experience
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete security classroom and on-the-job training
• Actively employed in good standing with a local, state, or federal law enforcement agency
• Davidson County law enforcement jurisdiction
• Ability to carry a firearm when working a shift
