Job Description
Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across all areas of the property, protecting guests, employees, and assets, enforcing company and regulatory policies, and responding to incidents or emergencies.

Requirements

  • Provide Family Style Service to guests and staff.
  • Offer directions, answer questions, and help resolve issues with courtesy and patience for guests and Team members.
  • Assist with table and slot drops, cash escorts, chip fills, and other money-handling procedures.
  • Provide rapid response and assist with medical and safety emergencies.
  • Document incidents clearly using reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations, hotel policies, and local laws.
  • Monitor all area on property for suspicious behavior and regulatory violations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
