This role involves protecting guests, team members, and property while delivering our Family Style Service. You'll assist in a wide range of situations, respond to incidents, and maintain knowledge of investigations and gaming regulations.
What You Will Do
Assist guests and team members, respond to incidents, document incidents accurately, communicate with outside agencies, and follow company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Must be 21+ to work in this position
- Assist guests and team members in a wide range of situations with professionalism and care
- Respond to and investigate incidents, accidents, and emergencies involving guests, employees, or property
- Remain calm, focused, and decisive during crisis situations
- Document incidents accurately and recall key details when needed
- Communicate with outside agencies—including Metro Police, Fire Department, and Paramedics—during property incidents
- Follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Provide direction and support during emergency situations, following instructions from management and outside authorities
- Maintain knowledge of investigations, gaming regulations, and internal controls
- Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service to guests and team members
