Role OverviewAs a Security Officer at DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan, you will provide protection to the hospital, patients, visitors, employees, and their property. You will work under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include presenting a visible security presence, performing patrols, assisting patients and staff, investigating complaints, and monitoring security and fire equipment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in security and/or public law enforcement or military police. You will have opportunities for additional education and training in criminal law, first aid, and defensive tactics.
