Security Officer

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Security Officer to work with our Security Department. The Security Officer will protect and prevent illegal or unauthorized activity in the Hospital or on its campus, serving, helping, and protecting patients, visitors, and employees.

What You Will Do

The Security Officer will possess a valid Operators License, have a clean motor vehicle record, and meet Hospital Insurance Carrier requirements. They will also be able to reach, stoop, bend, and crouch, and be in good physical condition.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Past experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, good writing and communication skills, and basic First Aid knowledge are required.
