Role OverviewAs a Security Officer at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, you will provide protection to the hospital, patients, visitors, employees, and their property. You will perform patrols, maintain awareness of the environment, and observe potential security risks. You will also assist patients, guests, and staff by providing general information and access control.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include presenting a visible security presence, performing patrols, checking badges and passes, investigating complaints, and preparing reports. You will also engage in opportunities for additional education and training in criminal law, first aid, and defensive tactics.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of experience in security and/or public law enforcement or military police
- Valid State of Michigan driver's license
