Role OverviewAs a Security Officer at Presque Isle Downs and Casino, you will be responsible for incident reporting, checking identification, and escorting guests and employees throughout the facility. You will be a vital part of ensuring the safety and compliance of our employees and guests.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include writing reports of incidents, checking identification, and ensuring compliance with various agencies and standard operating procedures. You will also be responsible for escorting guests and employees, and maintaining a neat appearance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Security experience is a plus
- Prior working knowledge of customer service is essential
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
