Role OverviewPerform protective and enforcement functions in a friendly and courteous manner to maintain a safe and secure hotel environment. Patrol designated hotel areas, respond to disturbances and emergency situations, and maintain a daily activity log.
What You Will Do
Complete incident/accident reports, escort guests to their rooms, assist with entry into rooms, and follow sustainability guidelines. Perform bell person tasks, assist with luggage, and monitor TV cameras if applicable.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior security experience is desirable, and a high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred.
