Role OverviewAs a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our casino property and its patrons. Your duties will include responding to security incidents and providing a visible security presence in the casino.
What You Will Do
You will observe patrons participating in gambling activities to detect and respond to infractions of house rules. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and integrity while representing the casino in all interactions with guests.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience within law enforcement, military, security, or customer service to equal one year, or pursuing a degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, related field, or in-pursuit of one of these degrees.
- Successful completion of an in-house training program.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend information and ideas in spoken and written English so others will understand.
- Ability to accept, prioritize and follow through on work direction.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations, utilizing rational thinking and decision making.
- Valid driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to lift, push and pull up to 50-100 pounds.
