Role OverviewThe Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees, and company assets. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive position.
What You Will Do
The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers, ensuring the safety and security of all customers and employees, and controlling access to restricted areas.

Requirements
- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position
- Ability to read and write basic Incident Reports using a computer database
- Ability to maintain composure during difficult and/or stressful situations
- Ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees
- Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a casino environment exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment
- Ability to be on feet for long periods up to 8 hrs. a day
- Ability to pull/push large carts with assistance weighing up to 200-400 lbs
- Ability to learn all essential job functions and computer systems within 90 days
