Role OverviewThe Security Officer will conduct unarmed patrols, control facility access, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity, and perform other duties as specified by the client. The role requires maintaining awareness of surroundings, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and contributing to communication and awareness of security policies and issues.
What You Will Do
The primary duties of the Security Officer will include maintaining awareness of surroundings, observing and reporting suspicious activity, contributing to communication and awareness of security policies and issues, badge/ID generation, asset management, warning violators of rule infractions, escalating infractions, distributing and enforcing on-site and global standard operating procedures, concierge services, and package delivery.

Requirements
- High school diploma or appropriate level of training per local jurisdictions
- Ability to speak fluent English
- Experience in customer service-related fields
- Ability to handle stressful situations with tact, professionalism, and respect
- Computer literacy with experience within the Microsoft Office suite
- Basic CPR/AED/First Aid or BHV equivalent
