Role OverviewServe and protect the conference center and surrounding Junaluska community, providing security to guests, visitors, employees, and property owners.
What You Will Do
Perform daily grounds patrol, provide traffic control assistance, conduct courtesy residential house checks, respond to medical calls, and assist EMS and other agencies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be comfortable with stopping cars and handling people who may be uncooperative, and possess excellent hospitality skills and a strong desire to foster an attitude of Christian hospitality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months' related experience and/or training
- CPR/AED certification
- EMT certification (preferable)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
