In this role, you will be responsible for protecting hotel assets, monitoring safety and security operations, responding to emergencies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the property, conduct routine patrols, respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, enforce hotel policies, and provide assistance to guests and colleagues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and report-writing skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol the property for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and experience with security systems preferred
