Responsible for safeguarding hotel property, assets, guests, visitors, and employees, exceeding guest expectations by facilitating a positive experience during their stay.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in public guest/customer service or security position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
