Role Overview

The SOC Operator is responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergencies, compiling daily reports, and providing customer service. The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have superior communication and multi-tasking skills.

The SOC Operator will monitor security systems, coordinate emergencies, compile daily reports, and provide customer service. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining schedules, assisting in the supervision of security officers, and handling escalated security issues.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or in a customer service position
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a valid PERC Card
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
