Job Description
R+L Carriers is seeking a Command Center Operator to investigate and resolve intrusion attempts, communicate with business partners, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Verifiable 10-year work history
  • Previous military, police, or security guard experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of CCTV and remote viewing systems
  • Ability to react to high-stress situations
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong telephone and customer service skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting electronics issues
