Security Program Manager

The Security Program Manager will lead security and security-systems projects and programs in the data center environment. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to a collaborative and productive environment with a strong service-oriented culture among multiple diverse and highly skilled teams of project and program managers.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include project management for physical security systems, preparation of physical security project lifecycle management, contemporary knowledge of emerging physical security technologies, and providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for leadership.

Requirements

• Experience working on physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems
• Ability to communicate/brief effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and system designs
• Experience in the delivery of physical security projects or programs within an enterprise setting
• Background in Physical Security Design, Security Systems Deployment, Physical Security Operations, Security Architecture, or Construction Management
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or physical security designs
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• PSP, CPP, PMP Certification; Training in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Certification or experience with Lenel Access Control System
