Requirements
- Must be 21+ to work in this position
- Welcome guests and Team Members at assigned entrance locations
- Answer questions and provide helpful information to guests and Team Members
- Conduct safety patrols to ensure a secure, comfortable environment
- Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service at all times
- Monitor entrance activity and report unusual behavior or safety concerns
- Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols
- Assist Security Officers with crowd control during peak periods or special events
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance and checkpoint areas
- Document and report incidents, observations, or safety issues to Security leadership
- Provide directions, wayfinding assistance, and general support to guests
- Assist with lost and found procedures as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Security Department
