Job Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time Security Service Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Security Service Technician, you will provide world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities, and work towards growth and accountability.

Requirements

  • Developing exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Developing technical skills and experience related to building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems
  • Ability to develop basic programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions
  • Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools)
  • Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
