Job Description
Security Service Technician is a mid-level position that requires 5 years of software programming security systems experience and 2 years of experience installing security systems. The job involves performing scheduled preventive maintenance, analyzing and trouble-shooting equipment/systems, and providing customer training on simple systems. The position is in-person and requires working 40 hours/week with varied physical demands.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of software programming security systems experience
  • 2 years of experience installing security systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer skills & IT network experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and customer relationship building skills
  • Adapts well to change, flexibility and resilience
  • Excellent time management aptitude and organizational skills
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally
