As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for managing access control and IP camera products and systems, installing, programming, and troubleshooting electronic devices, and communicating effectively with customers.
What You Will Do
Install and service Access Control and IP camera systems, program and terminate Access Control products, identify and resolve issues, complete paperwork, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of field installation experience in the security environment
- Certifications in Lenel/Software House access control
- Certifications in American Dynamics, Genetec, Exacq preferred
- Experience with DMP, Bosch, DSC or Honeywell Intrusion systems
- Experience troubleshooting network switches
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
