Job Description
Vidoori is a leading provider of digital transformation and technology solutions seeking an experienced, security-focused Lead Security Software Developer to lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and embed security practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable software systems across web, API, and cloud-native environments.
  • Develop and enforce secure coding standards, guidelines, and best practices; perform code reviews focused on security and maintainability.
  • Architect and deliver threat modelling, secure design reviews, and security requirements for new features and integrations.
  • Integrate application security tools into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA) and drive automation to reduce risk and developer friction.
  • Lead incident response for application-level security issues, conduct post-incident reviews, and implement corrective measures.
  • Mentor and coach developers on secure development practices, vulnerability remediation, and security-aware engineering culture.
  • Collaborate with product owners, DevOps, QA, and compliance teams to ensure traceability of security requirements and alignment with regulatory or client obligations.
  • Design and deliver security training, run workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of the security engineering function.
