Role OverviewProSync is seeking a passionate Security Specialist I to ensure security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations. The role involves drawing on leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders to enhance, accelerate, and assure the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.
What You Will Do
Performing administrative tasks, basic document control, and contributing to the organization's information management needs. Demonstrated experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and/or Information Security (INFOSEC) within the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC).
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding personnel, facilities, and sensitive information in a highly regulated environment. A minimum active Secret security clearance or higher is required. Two years of experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) in the DoD or IC is required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) in the DoD or IC
- Experience with alarm and access control systems is desired
- A minimum active Secret security clearance or higher is required
