The Security Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel, leading and responding with care to create an environment that makes guests and colleagues feel safe and secure.

Requirements

  • Supervise and schedule the security team
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents
  • Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and Hyatt brand security standards
  • Develop, train and coach security staff on standard operating procedures
  • Support high-profile guest visits and events
  • Manage and support loss prevention initiatives
  • Prepare daily/weekly security reports for senior leadership
  • Actively contribute to the hotel’s safety culture
