Role OverviewThe Security Supervisor will oversee the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and property premises at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows. They will work closely with the Director of Security and Security Manager to enhance departmental performance and ensure a professional security presence. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to mentor and lead shift operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include investigating and reporting incidents, conducting regular floor patrols, responding to guest or colleague calls for assistance, and assisting with training new hires. The Security Supervisor will also collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and review daily activity reports.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years' experience in security/loss prevention or related area
- California Guard Card
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
