Role OverviewThe Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Security Department. They act as Commander in the absence of the Security Manager and support the Security Manager in daily operations. The Supervisor ensures compliance with policies and procedures, reviews schedules and reports, and makes necessary adjustments.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inspecting officers' appearance and abilities, conducting daily post checks, monitoring manpower status, and taking corrective action regarding complaints. The Supervisor also assists the Security Manager in preparing evaluations and makes recommendations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security management
