Role Overview

The Security Systems Administrator provides administrative support for security programs, manages and maintains SharePoint resources, coordinates and tracks training for security personnel, supports project managers with operational activities, and serves as a key point of contact for dispatch operations.

What You Will Do

Performs routine systems administration work in support of TxDOT District/Division information technology systems, including testing, configuration, and maintaining the reliable operation of systems, troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading hardware and software systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Management Info Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 1 year of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, application systems support, or related work experience
