Role OverviewAs a Security Technical Program Manager at Sierra, you will drive high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end, leading complex, cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery. You will own execution, planning, and program health, being accountable for sequencing work, managing dependencies, tracking risk, and ensuring delivery of Sierra's most critical security programs.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading complex, cross-functional programs, driving high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives, and owning execution, planning, and program health. You will also help shape Sierra's security strategy, partner with security and engineering leadership, and build and strengthen security foundations.
