Role OverviewAs part of the IT Operations team, the Security Technology Deployment Specialist will own the validation, standardization, and deployment of physical security technology across the Dallas, TX area. This role bridges the gap between technology selection and production-ready operation, ensuring that every security platform we deploy is rigorously tested, properly integrated with enterprise infrastructure, fully documented, and built to scale with our business.
What You Will Do
Validate and deploy new and replacement security technology platforms, including access control, intercom solutions, video management, cameras, visitor management, and AI/analytics tools across Fanatics Collectibles locations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise physical security technology in a large or rapidly growing organization, ideally across diverse facility types (retail, warehouse, authentication) where deployment velocity and repeatability were essential.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise physical security technology
- experience running multi-site deployment programs end to end
- broad technical experience across security platforms and infrastructure
- familiarity with securing environments that house high-value inventory
- knowledge of SOC 2 compliance, GDPR, PCI DSS, and physical security compliance frameworks
