Role OverviewThe Seed Enablement Lead plays a key role in driving seed portfolio performance, product positioning, and customer success across the Southern Region. This position combines technical agronomic expertise with market insights to support seed growth, drive customer adoption, and optimize product placement decisions.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute localized seed strategies, design and coordinate field trials, partner with sales and commercial teams, and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Experience in agronomy, seed, crop inputs, retail agriculture, product management, seed portfolio management, or related agricultural fields
- Strong understanding of agronomic principles, crop production systems, and seed product positioning
- Ability to analyze field and market data and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across commercial and technical teams
